Our mentors are JPAR Certified, Full-Time Producers who sell 20 homes each year, filled with an abundance of real estate experience (3 years minimum) and strong in the JPAR culture (1 year minimum) 

What to expect:  Accountability, advice and strategies in lead generation, input and consultation regarding time management, goal setting and business planning, Guidance in serving your clients, review offers and contracts, support you in the first three transactions and beyond, build a long lasting partnership with a top producer.
