Aurora Bodenhamer is a twenty-something artist and poet from Portland, Oregon, currently based in Brooklyn, New York. Her poetry reflects her everyday life, with its idiosyncratic yet relatable feelings of lost innocence, heartbreaks, and coming-of-age experiences. Her kindred child-like illustrations are often accompanied by words where cruelty flirts with innocence, and where light and anxiety have agreed to coexist.
